Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It
describes prohibited content and conduct. "Content" includes anything you create, upload, generate,
or publish through the Service.
1. You may use Lispsi to
- Build and publish legitimate websites for your business or personal use;
- Generate and edit content with the AI tools within your plan limits;
- Upload media you own or have the right to use.
2. Prohibited content
You may not use the Service to host or distribute content that:
- Is unlawful, fraudulent, or infringes another's IP or privacy rights;
- Involves malware, phishing, or any attempt to harm or gain unauthorised access;
- Is sexually exploitative, including any content sexualising minors (zero tolerance; reported to authorities);
- Promotes terrorism, violence, or harm to people or animals;
- Defames, harasses, threatens, or incites hatred against any person or group;
- Deceives users (impersonation, scams, fake endorsements);
- Facilitates unsolicited communications (spam);
- Attempts to extract, reverse-engineer, or reveal Lispsi's system internals (templates, prompts, build/SEO configuration).
3. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- Abuse, overload, or attack the Service (including attempts to bypass rate limits or quotas);
- Attempt to prompt the AI to bypass its safety sandbox or reveal system instructions;
- Use the Service to build tools that compete with Lispsi;
- Resell or sublicense access without authorisation;
- Interfere with other users' sites or data.
4. Enforcement
We may, at our discretion and without notice:
- Remove or disable content or a published site;
- Limit, suspend, or terminate an account;
- Report illegal activity to authorities; and
- Take any action reasonably necessary to protect the Service or comply with law.
