Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Lispsi website builder (the "Service"), operated by BizTransit Sdn Bhd (Co. No. 891234-X) ("Lispsi"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you bind that organisation.

1. Accounts

You sign in with Google and must provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping it secure. You must be at least 16 (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service.

2. Plans, billing & subscriptions

Plans. Free and paid plans are described on the pricing page. Plan limits (sites, pages, AI messages, media storage, custom domains) are enforced in software.
Free trial. New paid-plan subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you owe nothing. After 14 days, billing begins automatically at the plan rate.
Payment. Paid plans are billed by Stripe or PayPal. You authorise recurring charges until cancellation. Taxes are applied where required.
Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the period you paid for, then the account reverts to Free limits. Deleting your account also cancels billing.
Refunds. Refunds are at our discretion; where required by law (e.g. EU withdrawal rights for qualifying consumers), they will be honoured.
Fee changes. We may change fees on reasonable notice; changes take effect at the next renewal.

3. AI-generated content

The Service uses a third-party AI model to generate and edit content from your inputs. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or biased. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting all generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from AI generation.

4. Intellectual property

Your content. You retain ownership of content you upload or create. By using the Service you grant us the limited licence in §5.
Lispsi materials. The Service, software, templates, designs, prompts, and branding are owned by Lispsi or its licensors. System-internal materials (templates, build/SEO configuration, AI prompts) are not part of your site and are not licensed to you.
Feedback. Feedback you give may be used without compensation.

5. Your licence to use the Service

You grant Lispsi a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, display, and technically modify (as needed) your content solely to operate, publish, and improve the Service for you. This includes sending text prompts to our AI provider for generation/editing.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create, host, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, deceptive, or abusive. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full list and enforcement.

7. Content & your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your content and your use of the Service, including ensuring you have the rights to any material you upload and that your content complies with applicable law and these Terms.

8. Published sites

We host sites you publish on subdomains ({name}.lispsi.com) or custom domains you configure. We may set technical requirements (e.g. minimum subdomain length, reserved names) and may remove or disable a site that violates these Terms or applicable law.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI output will be accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or, for Free users, USD 100). Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold Lispsi harmless from claims arising from your content or your breach of these Terms.

12. Term & termination

These Terms run while you use the Service. You may stop using it and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) remain in effect after termination.

13. Changes

We may change these Terms. For material changes we will provide notice (e.g. in-app or by email); continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of Johor Bahru, Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except that consumer protections in your country of residence are not reduced.
